Alongside print work, I am increasingly asked by clients to develop their web-based presence. The fee for website design can vary considerably, depending on what you want your site to achieve. For a standard html website, my fee is £450 for all the design, client amends and the first 4 pages, then £35 per page thereafter.

Essentially, these are the main options available:
• standard html website (can include rollovers, animated gifs, etc).
• html website with Flash elements in the pages.
• website produced completely in Flash.
• website that works off a database, useful for searching a product list.
• as above, but with completely automated credit card transactions in realtime via a payment gateway such as WorldPay for example.
• bespoke programming tailored to your needs, such as a travel website.
